Is the Personal plan really free?

Yes. Individuals pay no monthly fee. Standard network charges apply to some transactions and are always shown before you confirm.

What counts as a successful collection?

A completed payment into your business till or wallet. Failed or reversed payments are never charged.

Can I mix plans across my team?

Yes. EverOps seats are per user, so you license only the officers who work in the consoles.

How do I move to Enterprise later?

Your data and verified identities carry over as they are. We agree custom rates and controls, and the switch happens without downtime.
